Your daily pitch

As our next Business Process Owner (m/f/x), you'll take ownership of critical business processes that help keep Tipico performing at its best. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we work, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver meaningful improvements. You'll turn insights into action by identifying opportunities, optimising workflows, and ensuring processes remain efficient, compliant, and customer-focused. By combining analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management, you'll influence decisions and help create scalable solutions that support our continued growth. Your playing field:

• You drive end-to-end ownership of key business processes, ensuring they deliver value, efficiency, and consistency across the organisation. 
• We empower you to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities that enhance operational performance and customer experience. 
• You analyse process performance and use data-driven insights to recommend and implement impactful changes.
• We rely on you to create and maintain clear process documentation that supports transparency, scalability, and best practices. 
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, drive adoption, and ensure successful process enhancements. 
• We count on you to monitor KPIs and translate performance metrics into continuous improvement initiatives. 
• You proactively identify process risks and implement solutions that support compliance and operational resilience. 
• We encourage you to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative approaches that raise our game every day.
• You act as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance and influencing decisions across teams and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Industry Experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar process ownership, process excellence, or operational improvement role within the gaming industry.
• Education. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical Skills. You possess advanced problem-solving capabilities and can confidently use data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Stakeholder Management. You are skilled at influencing stakeholders, building alignment, and driving outcomes across different teams.
• Communication. You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. 
• Project Management. You have strong project management skills and can successfully coordinate initiatives from concept to delivery. 
• Industry Knowledge. You bring a strong understanding of digital and technical products and solutions within the sports betting industry.
• English. You are fluent in written and spoken English. 
• German. You are fluent in written and spoken German.
