Your daily pitch

As our Online Finance Business Partner (m/f/x), you'll be a trusted advisor to our Digital business, helping shape commercial decisions with meaningful financial insight. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Online and Games, turning complex data into recommendations that drive performance, profitability, and strategic growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions while partnering with teams across the business to create measurable impact. Your playing field

• You partner with Digital business leaders to provide financial insight that supports smarter commercial decisions. 
• We rely on you to analyse Online business performance and uncover the key drivers behind revenue, margin, and profitability. 
• You support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities that align financial targets with business objectives. 
• We count on you to evaluate investments, commercial opportunities, and business cases that help drive sustainable growth. 
• You identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into clear actions that improve financial performance.
• We look to you to deliver engaging performance reporting that enables stakeholders to act with confidence. 
• You collaborate with FP&A and wider Finance teams to ensure alignment across planning, reporting, and commercial priorities. 
• We encourage you to drive continuous improvements in reporting, analysis, and business partnering processes that increase efficiency and value.

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

• Finance Degree. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
• Finance Experience. You bring 3+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or a related finance role with some experience in the iGaming industry. 
• Business Partnering. You have experience supporting business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Stakeholder Management. You confidently influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Commercial Acumen. You understand commercial drivers and can connect financial performance to business outcomes. 
• Financial Analysis. You have strong analytical and financial modelling skills and can turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Presentation Skills. You communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Excel Expertise. You possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
