Für einen internationalen Technologie- und Entertainment-Kunden in Malta suchen wir koreanischsprachige Kandidaten für eine kundenorientierte Online-Rolle in einem professionellen Studio-Umfeld.<br>Vorerfahrung ist nicht erforderlich – eine umfassende Schulung wird angeboten.<br><br>We are recruiting Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta.<br><br>In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>- Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio<br>- Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner<br>- Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times<br>- Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities<br>- Follow company procedures and quality standards<br>- Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors<br>- Maintain a clean and professional working environment<br><br>Requirements<br><br>- No previous experience required – full training provided<br>- Fluent Korean<br>- Conversational English (B1 or above)<br>- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)<br>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment<br><br>Benefits<br><br>- Competitive salary<br>- Up to €400 monthly performance bonus<br>- €400 annual wellness allowance<br>- Night shift allowance<br>- Monthly transport allowance (€70)<br>- Monthly food allowance<br>- Retention allowance<br>- Life insurance (2x annual salary)<br>- Private health insurance from day one<br>- Free access to on-site gym<br>- Company events and social activities<br>- Snacks and fruit provided at the workplace<br><br>Note: German language skills are not required.
