Job Description

The Product Marketing Lead role will own the delivery of the Live Casino product marketing strategy for Evolution’s Group brands. The role will be responsible for creating excellent Marketing materials to promote our games and communicate them to our operators and externally, as well as the project management and delivery of all associated Product Marketing materials.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy for Live Casino, including delivering game
• and product launch plans, as well as product marketing messaging that differentiates our products from
• others in the market
• Continual review and optimisation of Marketing processes and deliverables, always aiming to increase the
• quality of output and ensure that the Evolution Group stands out as the leader in the industry. Identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Superior writing and editing skills for the creation and proofreading of English language marketing
• materials such as factsheets, brochures and presentations
• Own Live Casino product messaging in our brands’ websites, client newsletters and social media content
• Ensure that the bank of Marketing materials are kept to up-to-date for all existing Live games
• Communicate the value of new and existing products to the sales team and develop sales materials that
• facilitate the selling process
• Involvement in budgetary planning
• Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, projects, and marketing plans
• Managerial responsibility for multiple direct reports, ensuring efficient distribution of resources and smooth
• and timely delivery of all marketing projects
• Market intelligence - be the expert on the competition - how they position their products, the campaigns
• they are running and their product capabilities
• Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate
• structures, systems, competencies and values are followed
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Marketing/Business degree preferred
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment
• Strong creative and technical English language copywriting skills, with examples of previous work
• Excellent English language editing skills with superior attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well organised, independent and methodical
• Excellent analytical skills

Other valued attributes:

• A passion for online casino
• Experience working with online product or games studio teams
• Strong knowledge of the online casino industry
• An eye for design and ability to brief in creative teams
