Le poste
Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for law enforcement agencies and relevant government authorities across the UAE, including Dubai Police and other local law enforcement bodies.

Receive, assess and coordinate responses to requests for user, transaction and other information from authorised law enforcement agencies, ensuring requests are handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators and government stakeholders.

Work closely with internal Legal, Compliance, Investigations, Security, Risk and Operations teams to assess requests, obtain relevant information and coordinate timely responses.

Review and validate law enforcement requests to ensure they contain the appropriate information and legal basis required for Binance to respond.

Coordinate the collection, preservation and secure disclosure of relevant information and data in response to valid requests.

Maintain accurate records of law enforcement requests, responses, correspondence and relevant case information.

Support investigations involving fraud, financial crime, money laundering, sanctions, cybercrime and other illicit activity where Binance's assistance is requested by authorised authorities.

Identify trends, recurring issues and emerging risks from law enforcement requests and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.

Support the development and improvement of processes, procedures and guidance for managing law enforcement requests in the UAE.

Help educate and advise internal teams on UAE law enforcement engagement, information requests and appropriate response processes.

Ensure all interactions and disclosures are handled with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.

Stay up to date with relevant UAE laws, regulations, law enforcement practices and developments affecting digital assets and cryptocurrency.
Requirements
-
Experience working with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators or government authorities, ideally in a role involving information requests, investigations or financial crime.

Strong understanding of the UAE law enforcement and regulatory environment, with existing relationships or experience engaging with Dubai Police and/or other UAE authorities highly desirable.

Experience handling requests for information, subpoenas, production orders, court orders or similar legal/government requests.
-
Background in law enforcement, government, financial crime, compliance, investigations, legal or a related field.

Strong understanding of AML, financial crime, fraud, cybercrime or cryptocurrency-related investigations is highly desirable.

Experience working with sensitive, confidential and potentially high-risk information.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both government authorities and internal cross-functional teams.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and cases simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when assessing sensitive requests and information.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital asset, fintech or financial services industry is preferred.
